Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All returns must be made within 2 weeks of delivery, we cannot accept any returns after this time. Prior to returning any goods for any reason, the customer should contact us via email stating the order number.. The parts must be in original undamaged packaging, we cannot accept returns on parts that have been installed or used. A 10% restocking fee applies on all returns.

The customer must also pay and organise the return shipping, we will not be responsible for this. All shipping charges are non refundable. Any import fees or charges that we incur for returns will need to be paid by the customer.
